looks like it is on stilts which is normal for the area. also looks like that bottome in one giant slab of concrete… other than that it should be gone… looks almost fake. kim was telling me that when she lived in saipan everything was concrete, which she understood after the first typhoon. also it is cooler in the heat. I imagine that is what ocean shores will look like after a tsunami.

Everything is concrete here too. Everything else is too expensive to build with. For the proles anyway.

This guy who owns the sole survivor house probably will not get too many laughs saying “I told you so” to his neighbors.

Quick example of how embedded we are with marketing mumbo-jumbo:

“This guy must have used Thompson’s water seal”
