I install a program today called ad Muncher.  It removes all flash advertisements, banner advertisements, Google advertisements, pop-ups, etc. etc. from webpages when I’m browsing around.

It is taking up about 10 MB of memory and the download was under 500 kB.  That is a small file.

I just downloaded it and went through the little installation process and now when I visit webpages the advertisements are gone.  I get 30 days in this trial; I’ll tell you how it goes later and tell you if I paid for it or not.

I have even set up a Vocola macro that allows me to enable and disable the showing of advertisements.  I just say “toggle ad muncher” to enable or disable it.
