A common theme I see in these entrepreneur interviews is Nature vs Nurture. The guys with the talent already made it… they guys without the raw talent are the listeners.

The guys without the talent need insights from others who made it without the talent.

Like most self help books people buy them because they want to continue the fantasy that someday they will reach success.
