I'm looking for a WordPress theme specifically made for tourism organizations such as Chambers of commerce. If you have one please let me know. The Orcas Island Chamber of Commerce has a great theme and method of showing the member listings.
If Google ( this was written before google lost it’s throne to Duck Duck Go Search Engine ) and other search engines detect images on your wordpress pages or any other webpage, article, blog, etc it will send you more visitors than if you didn’t. After searching for "section specific slideshow WordPress" I found the following: http://www.catswhocode.com/blog/how-to-integrate-a-slideshow-in-your-wordpress-theme this plug-in and tutorial doesn’t actually create a slideshow from what I can tell… however it does combine your posts main image, title, and description into a large banner image that links to the individual posts. Image via Wikipedia Installing the MobilePress WordPress plug-in went perfectly via the Word press control panel… I made no configuration changes to the plug-in and then opened up my telephone to view my new mobile version and was surprised that a mobile version did not automatically come up when I visited my website home page.
